As Co-Founder and Technical Lead (CTO), I own the platform's technical architecture, product roadmap and security/compliance framework — with accessibility embedded as a core, never-paywalled product principle rather than an add-on feature.
Accessibility features are never paywalled — a foundational commitment carried through the product, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
Currently in pre-launch stage, validating demand through a public waitlist ahead of full commercial launch.
Since March 2025, I've operated as an independent IT contractor to Peru's diplomatic missions in the United Kingdom — the Embassy, the Consulate General, the Naval and Air Force Attachés' Offices, and the PromPerú Trade Commission — delivering infrastructure, security and support projects, alongside broader diplomatic-cooperation initiatives. Overall project value is summarised below; individual project fees are withheld for client confidentiality.
Full recovery and standardisation of server, PC, network, Microsoft 365 and printer assets for the PromPerú Trade Commission — including backups, clean reinstallation, and a detailed closing report.
Installed and configured a Dell PowerEdge R360 server with secure data migration, set up 8 workstations across laptops and PCs, and deployed a shared Access database environment.
Configured network communication for the national ID document platform and coordinated with helpdesk support, alongside RICOH printer/scanner setup and preventive network room maintenance.
Provided live software and hardware IT support on Peru's elections day at the Consulate, plus laptop administration, printer/scanner setup and antivirus configuration.
Configured a Fortinet firewall/VPN, Cisco router, TP-Link WiFi 6 network and fibre ONT for the Consulate's office, coordinating directly with the ISP and staff in Lima.
Factory reset and secure data wipe across 9 devices with BIOS/BitLocker/Intune security removal, plus full inventory, cleaning and logistics for 17 devices returned to the manufacturer.
Designed and built an AI-powered platform for Peruvian government agencies to validate real-time identity-document status and automatically alert citizens once documents are ready for collection — reducing manual enquiry handling by 30% and generating an estimated £4,500 in annual administrative savings.
An extended engagement since March 2025 spanning IT support and broader diplomatic-cooperation initiatives — 10 projects in total.
Implemented AI-assisted voice-to-text interpretation tools to support real-time report generation at diplomatic events, conferences and sessions at the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
Supported the incorporation of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) practices into diplomatic cooperation initiatives and reporting processes.
Configured secure video-conferencing systems and connectivity for bilateral meetings between the Attaché's Office and partner delegations.
Provided technical production support — audio, visual and presentation systems — across diplomatic and ceremonial events for the Attaché's Office.
Set up remote access and IT continuity arrangements to support Attaché staff working across on-site and remote settings.
The Intelligent Platform for Therapists and Patients — an early-stage mental health startup connecting therapists and patients. Supported the venture part-time as technical lead alongside other professional commitments.
